Today’s blog will be taking a look back at the fantastic KBB Review Awards last month! Celtic Interiors was honoured to be shortlisted to the final four for Kitchen Showroom of the Year – a category sponsored by Insinkerator. The awards, which were celebrating an unbelievable 25 years (almost as long as Celtic Interiors!), took place in the Victoria Warehouse in Manchester – a location that really lent itself to the industrial steampunk theme of the event.

KBB set expectations for the event very high and did not disappoint! The room was a sight to behold, with a fantastic touch being added in the form of those tree centrepieces. Each tree was going to be planted the day after the awards, helping to make the entire event carbon neutral! No aspect was neglected, with an amazing virtual reality game being made just for the occasion, props being provided for all the guests’ selfie needs and wonderful entertainment on the night in the form of fire dancers and Oasis tribute band Noasis.

The event was hosted by BBC personality Steph McGovern who did a wonderful job. While Celtic Interiors came up short on the night to the deserving winners at Kitchens International in Glasgow, it was an extraordinary honour to be down to the final four showrooms, not just in Ireland, but in all of the United Kingdom too! This nomination has just spurred the team here at Celtic Interiors to continue to grow and improve our showroom here in St Patrick’s Mills in Douglas. Why not visit us and see for yourself?
